About
I’ve been a soldier, a tech operator and an entrepreneur. Born in Salford, I studied at Oxford, worked in France and Russia, led soldiers in Afghanistan, then became Deliveroo’s 2nd ops guy in London. After we scaled 500x in 5 years, I went freelance to support businesses with operations, leadership and risk, while volunteering in search and rescue and disaster response in the Caribbean.
